Title: Software Development Engineers (SDEs) 

Location: Remote - CST

Position Summary

We are seeking high-caliber Software Development Engineers (SDEs) to drive the technical integration and extension of high-scale mobile and edge applications powered by generative AI. This initiative focuses on transforming static consumer touchpoints into context-aware, proactive user experiences using multi-agent orchestration frameworks. Engineers will build and scale features utilizing predictive notification engines, contextual wayfinding, real-time schedule synchronization APIs, and automated tool calling. This role requires tight cross-functional collaboration to deliver robust, production-grade applications running natively on cloud-based foundation model infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy production-grade software features extending existing core systems and cloud services.
• Implement responsive mobile application logic using iOS/Android Reactive frameworks to support interactive, real-time experiences.
• Integrate Bedrock-native generative AI agents, multi-agent orchestration workflows, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to expose structured event schemas into executable tool calls.
• Build, scale, and optimize secure data pipelines connecting user profile systems, real-time engagement telemetry, and transactional event APIs.
• Adhere to rigorous software development life cycle (SDLC) practices including continuous integration, strict code reviews, robust automated testing, and comprehensive operations documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Solid professional, non-internship software development experience using modern programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript, Java, or Kotlin/Swift).
• Hands-on experience in architecture and design patterns focusing on multi-tier systems, reliability, horizontal scaling, and low-latency APIs.
• Proven technical experience deploying, configuring, and orchestrating cloud architectures specifically using core Web Services (AWS).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full SDLC execution including coding standards, automated testing pipelines, source control pipelines, and real-time operational monitoring.
• Direct experience building and debugging mobile client applications using iOS/Android Reactive architectures.
• Demonstrated experience constructing multi-agent AI orchestration pipelines, prompt engineering, or leveraging Bedrock for semantic search and personalization.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100000- $120000 annually.  Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
