Software & Digital Enablement Team at Delta Electronics (Thailand) is seeking a skilled and motivated Software Application Engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance software applications for smart energy, data center, and building automation solutions. This role combines software development with production application support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of deployed systems. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack applications by delivering new features and reusable components 
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues through root cause analysis, bug fixes, and performance optimization 
• Improve the reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability of production applications 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize customer requests, product enhancements, and software releases 
• Support software deployment, release management, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable application delivery 
• Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures 

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack application development and maintenance 
• Proficiency in modern languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, React, Vue) 
• Solid experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and RESTful API development 
• Familiarity with application monitoring, logging, and observability tools 
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively 
• Good written and spoken English communication skills 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Hands-on experience with Git, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines 
• Experience with microservices, micro-frontends and cloud-native architecture 
• Exposure to event-driven architecture or messaging technologies (e.g., Kafka, MQTT) 
• Experience implementing automated testing, including unit, integration, and E2E tests
