About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in scaling our product offerings to better serve over 450,000 small and micro-enterprises in Germany. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing new workflows and processes that simplify order management and improve overall user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to challenge existing approaches and develop innovative solutions that meet evolving customer needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to take end-to-end responsibility for critical features, influence technical architecture, and drive the integration of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence into our platform.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess several years of professional experience in building modern backend systems with Java and Spring Boot, complemented by frontend expertise in React, TypeScript, and Material UI. A solid understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, and experience working within cloud environments such as AWS are essential. Familiarity with AI-native engineering and integrating automated workflows will be considered a significant advantage. Additionally, exceptional communication skills in German (minimum C2 level) are required to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams. The candidate should demonstrate a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of end-to-end development processes, from defining requirements during discovery phases to delivering robust solutions in production.

- Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and approaches to facilitate product scaling and performance enhancement.
