About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer, with a focus on Senior Development and Business Analysis, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and modifying application software and specialized utility programs that meet our clients' complex needs. This role involves engaging in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to project scope and timelines.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, develop user stories, and translate business needs into technical specifications. They will also participate in data analysis, automation testing, and modernization projects, utilizing a broad range of tools and programming languages. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects, including CRM implementations, database upgrades, and cloud migrations, while working within an innovative and supportive environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in software development, computer engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar is essential, along with a solid understanding of relational databases including MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server. Experience with automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and HP Unified Functional Testing is highly desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are required, along with the ability to manage deadlines and attention to detail. A background in participating in SDLC and STLC processes, along with experience in quality management tools such as ALM or Quality Center, will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness of specifications.
• Develop detailed user stories, workflows, and technical specifications supporting CRM implementations and other enterprise applications.
• Perform data analysis, transformation, and loading activities using tools such as Data Loader during functional testing phases.
• Create and execute use cases and test scripts for automated regression testing, customizing pages with Lightning components via Community Builder.
• Manage Quality Center/ALM administration tasks, including user, group, domain, and project setup.
• Design and implement automation test strategies, plans, and schedules for prescriptive CRM applications and modernization projects.
• Contribute to technical modernization initiatives such as SQL Server upgrades, Windows Server migrations, and Office migrations.
• Execute test scenarios across different SQL compatibility levels to verify legacy application remediations and impacts.
• Perform SQL database operations, including creating/modifying data, executing stored procedures, and passing parameters.
• Build and automate test scripts using open-source tools like Selenium WebDriver and TestNG, as well as enterprise tools such as HP UFT and ALM.
• Develop automation suites compatible with both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies, ensuring continuous integration and deployment readiness.
