# Frontend Engineer

## About the Role

Restate is hiring a Frontend Engineer to architect and maintain the user interface of its durable runtime platform. You will build performant, data-intensive interfaces with live updates that help developers diagnose distributed-system issues, working closely with design and backend engineering teams.

This is an autonomous engineering role with direct access to the founding team. The position is remote in Europe, with Europe-based candidates preferred, and focuses on building reliable, secure, accessible, and high-performance frontend experiences for Restate's platform.

## Key Responsibilities
