About the role

We're an early-stage, stealth-mode company working at the intersection of AI and enterprise security. We're building something new for a problem that large organizations spend enormous amounts of money on and still can't solve well. We can't say much more here - the interesting parts we'll share under NDA, on a call.

We have a working prototype, serious enterprise conversations underway, and a sharp, contrarian point of view about where this market is going. You'd join early, as a senior engineer with real ownership of major systems and a strong voice in the architecture - the kind of role where what you build is visible in the product, not buried in a backlog.

What you'll do

  • Own features end-to-end - from data model and API through to the interface our customers rely on daily.
  • Build core platform systems that turn large volumes of messy, real-world data into something structured, trustworthy, and useful.
  • Design data and orchestration layers that have to be both fast and correct under real scrutiny.
  • Drive technical decisions on the systems you own, and raise the bar for the engineers around you.
  • Help set the engineering culture - how we test, ship, review, and move fast without breaking trust.

Our stack

You don't need every box ticked, but this is the world you'd work in:

  • Frontend: React, Vite, TypeScript, Tailwind
  • Backend: Python, FastAPI
  • Data & orchestration: graph and streaming data systems, agentic AI orchestration
  • Infra: Kubernetes, cloud-native deployment

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years building and shipping production software across the full stack.
  • Genuine range - comfortable owning a feature from database to pixels without needing a separate team for either end.
  • Strong product instincts. You ask "should we build this?" before "how do we build this?"
  • Comfort with ambiguity. At this stage the spec is often a conversation, not a ticket.
  • Bias toward shipping, balanced with the judgment to know where correctness is non-negotiable.
  • Clear written communication. Small team, high autonomy, low meeting overhead.

Nice to have

  • Experience with LLM/agentic systems in production (not just demos).
  • Background in a high-trust, regulated domain (security, fintech, infrastructure).
  • Graph database experience.
  • You've been early at a startup before and know what that actually costs and rewards.

Why join now

  • Real technical ownership. You'll own major systems end-to-end and have a genuine say in the architecture - not a narrow slice handed down from above.
  • A category in the making. A rare chance to help build something new rather than iterate on someone else's playbook.
  • The frontier of AI and security. Hard, original problems with no answer waiting on Stack Overflow - the kind of work that makes you sharper.
  • Proximity to what matters. Close access to the founders and to real enterprise customers shaping the product. High trust, low bureaucracy, fast decisions.
  • Room to grow. As an early senior hire, you'll have a natural path to broader technical leadership as the team scales.

Logistics

  • Location: Stockholm, hybrid. Strong remote candidates within EU time zones considered.
  • Eligibility: Must have the right to work in Sweden/EU.
