Our product sits inside WhatsApp group chats already used by building teams, automatically converting unstructured messages, photos, and voice notes into structured operational records. About the Role

We're looking for a curious, hungry engineer to join our lean but fast-moving team. You'll work across the full stack — shipping features, fixing bugs, exploring new AI tools, and helping us scale. This is not a ticket-closing role. You'll have real ownership from day one, work directly with the founders, and see your code running inside some of Hong Kong's biggest buildings.

We care as much about attitude as we do about ability. The ideal candidate has solid foundations — clean code habits, good debugging instincts, and an understanding of how real software gets built — but more importantly, brings the right mindset: ownership, curiosity, and a drive to keep getting better. We'll back someone who genuinely wants to grow over someone with years on a CV but nothing to show for it.

Tech Experience:

Backend: Node.js (Express), Prisma ORM, Python

Frontend: React.js, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Ant Design

Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP, AliCloud

Database: PostgreSQL

AI: Multi-LLM orchestration (proprietary)

Note: we do not use TypeScript

Requirements

Must-haves:

• Strong fundamentals in Node.js and JavaScript — fresh grads with solid project portfolios welcome
• React.js front-end development
• Practical Python experience
• Strong debugging and problem-solving instincts
• Git and version control fundamentals
• A genuine hunger to learn — this matters more to us than years on a CV

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with AI coding assistants
• PostgreSQL or relational database experience
• ORM experience (Prisma or similar)
• REST API design and integration experience
• AWS / GCP / Azure / AliCloud familiarity
• AWS Lambda / GCP Cloud Functions & Cloud Run / AliCloud Function Compute (FC)
• Serverless architecture experience
• WhatsApp Business API or messaging platform experience
• Test-driven development (TDD)
• ML model training experience (bonus)
• Chinese language (bonus, not required)
