CliniKit is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help us build the next generation of healthcare technology.

CliniKit is a cloud-based EMR and clinic management platform designed for outpatient clinics and medical practices. Our platform brings together appointments, patient records, clinical workflows, billing, reporting, and AI-powered medical documentation in one simple and secure system.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will play a key role in the architecture, development, and continuous improvement of the CliniKit platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining scalable applications using Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB
• Designing reliable backend services, APIs, and data models
• Building responsive, intuitive, and high-quality user interfaces
• Reviewing code and maintaining strong engineering standards
• Improving application performance, security, reliability, and scalability
• Investigating and resolving technical and production issues
• Working closely with the product, medical, and design teams
• Mentoring developers and contributing to technical and architectural decisions
• Improving development processes, testing, documentation, and deployment practices

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
• Advanced knowledge of React and Next.js
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js
• Experience designing and working with REST APIs
• Strong experience with MongoDB and database architecture
• Good understanding of software architecture, security, and scalable system design
• Experience with Git, code reviews, testing, and modern development workflows
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with multi-tenant SaaS platforms
• Previous experience leading or mentoring developers
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of features from planning through production

Experience in healthcare technology, EMRs, interoperability standards, or AI-powered applications is considered a strong advantage.
