Software Engineer (Senior Full-Stack) 

Doha, Qatar 

We are developing software products and platforms for the safety sector, designed to serve organizations across the region.

We're hiring a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to design and build our first product from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and ship the first product end-to-end — back-end, front-end, and database

• Own the technical architecture and key engineering decisions

• Build and integrate APIs (internal and third-party)

• Set up deployment, environments, and basic DevOps

• Grow into a technical lead as the product and team scale

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a full-stack engineer, with a proven track record of shipping complete products end-to-end — ideally as the sole or lead builder

• Back-end: building REST APIs and services in a modern language (e.g., Node.js/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#)

• Front-end: a modern framework (React, Vue, or Angular) with responsive UI

• Databases: relational and NoSQL, plus integrating third-party APIs

• Comfortable with Git and deploying/maintaining applications independently

Nice to have

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Experience building AI or data-driven features

• Doha, Qatar — on-site (relocation supported)
