Full Stack Engineer (AI-Enabled Applications)About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of modern web applications and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across frontend and backend development, cloud platforms, databases, and software engineering best practices, with a strong interest in integrating AI capabilities into production systems.

This role requires close collaboration with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Data Engineers, and AI Engineers to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript.
• Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and NestJS.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, migrations, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Integrate third-party services and APIs into enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers to integrate AI/ML services, LLMs, and intelligent workflows into production systems.
• Build APIs and services that consume AI models and handle AI-generated outputs.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and DevOps processes.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow software engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and NestJS.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design.
• Experience using ORMs such as Prisma or TypeORM.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications.
• Experience with Git and modern software development workflows.
• Strong understanding of Clean Code, SOLID principles, and software design patterns.
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing.
• Ability to independently deliver features from requirements through deployment.

AI & Emerging Technology Requirements

• Experience integrating AI services and LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, or similar.
• Understanding of AI concepts including:
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• AI Agents
• Embeddings
• Experience building backend services that consume AI APIs.
• Understanding of asynchronous processing and AI workflow orchestration.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with AI Engineers to move AI prototypes into production.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar.

Cloud & Infrastructure Requirements

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including:
• Cloud Run
• Cloud SQL
• Cloud Storage
• Secret Manager
• Logging and Monitoring
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Familiarity with environment management and application configuration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js.
• Familiarity with Python and FastAPI.

• Experience with WebSockets and real-time applications.
• Familiarity with Microservices Architecture.
