About the role:

We're hiring Software Developers, one based in our San Juan office. The roles is hybrid to start, with the option to move to remote work after a successful probationary period of 90 days. You'll work across the stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end services and cloud infrastructure, partnering closely with product and design to ship features that matter.

What you'll do:

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications across our family of companies.
• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code.
• Build System Integrations by leverating APIs and services deployed on AWS and Azure.
• Collaborate with stakeholdetrs, product managers, designers, and other engineers throughout the development lifecycle of a project.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design discussions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve performance of existing systems.
• Contribute to a culture of engineering quality, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements we are looking for:

• 2-4 years of professional software development experience.
• Solid experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, including React and Node.js.
• Working knowledge of Python and/or Java
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
• Comfortable working across the full stack, from UI to database
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative, cross-functional team
• Experience with version control (Git) and modern CI/CD practices

Nice to have:

• Experience working with AWZ Bedrock
• Experience working with Claude Code.
• Exposure to RAG architechture.
• Experience with Robotics Process Automation (RPA).
• Experience with the Salesforce.com eco-system including exposure to Apex and LWC.
• Experience in fintech, mortgage, or regulated industries.
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code, containerization, or serverless architectures.
• Experience working across multiple product lines or business units.
