We are WisdomAI.
We exist to help class="bg-amber-100">people unlock clarity from complexity.
WisdomAI builds AI-powered analyti
cs that put answers dire
ctly in the hands of the
class="bg-amber-100">people
closest to the business. Our platform doesn’t just surfa
ce insights — it explains the why behind them, helping teams move from
class="bg-amber-100">data to de
cisions with speed,
confiden
ce, and
context.
We’re trusted by
companies like
Cis
co, Patreon, and Rubrik — and we’re just getting started.The problems here are hard, and the expe
ctations are high. Our team is energized by both. If you’re
compelled by ambitious problems, high standards, and meaningful ownership, you’ll thrive here.
This role
Ba
cked by Wisdom's adaptive
context layer, at the
core is generative UI: the
charts, dashboards, and insights are generated, not built s
creen by s
creen. And it runs wherever
class="bg-amber-100">people already are:
class="bg-amber-100">web,
class="bg-amber-100">mobile, Sla
ck or embedded within their
class="bg-amber-100">web app. The problems are hard, the UX has no playbook!
You own a user-fa
cing surfa
ce end to end and sweat how it feels. We're hiring at the mid to senior level, with room for staff engineers who still love to build.
How we work
Builders: You're a
class="bg-amber-100">frontend engineer at heart. Some of us run 50/50
class="bg-amber-100">frontend and
class="bg-amber-100">ba
ckend. Some stay
class="bg-amber-100">frontend-heavy on the hard UI and visualization work. We build the role around you.
Ownership:Engineers own proje
cts here, from requirements to ship. PMs and designers are partners and input, not a queue you wait behind. Wherever the work starts, we build it – together.
Proximity: You'll work
closely with
customers, through sales and support and as dire
ctly as you want. Staying
close is how any of us build something
class="bg-amber-100">people love to use.
Judgement: We all work a
cross the sta
ck with AI doing a lot of the typing.
Cursor,
Claude
Code,
Codex, pi
ck your flavor, most of us use all three. So the job isn't typing anymore. It's taste and judgment about what's worth building and whether it's any good.
Fluidity: The work spans three teams: Dashboard & Visualization,
Chat &
Context, and Agents & Integrations. You'll land where you fit and where the work is, and move between them as the produ
ct grows.
What you'd work on
A few of the problems open right now:
- Generating code that produces visualizations good enough to ship: charts, and dense P&L tables where every number and pixel has to land. Two hard parts. The class="bg-amber-100">data transforms that turn raw rows into a real financial statement, and chart specs that come out looking like a pro built them, without latency growing as the visual gets more complex.
- Designing the edit experience for AI-generated visuals, where typing a follow-up and reaching for a knob should feel like the same product. Live-preview controls only work if the visual comes out parameterized in the first place, with the knobs UI built from those parameters.
- Streaming a chat agent's thinking as a trace you can click into, so a business user can watch what it did and open any step while it's still running. The trick is turning a messy pile of tool calls into something that reads like a sentence. It should earn trust in the answer and still get out of the way of the result.
- Building the class="bg-amber-100">React SDK other class="bg-amber-100">data teams build on, to drop in dashboards and chat or assemble something of their own with WisdomAI underneath. It lives or dies on the abstraction: the APIs, the docs, the examples that make building on us feel easy instead of like a fight.
You may be a good fit if you
- Ship with class="bg-amber-100">React, class="bg-amber-100">TypeScript, and Node, and obsess over the polish and the details
- Have product instinct: you can take a fuzzy customer pain and decide what's worth building
- Run on high agency, you find the work and drive it instead of waiting for a ticket
- Want customers close enough that they shape what you build
- Have a Bachelor's in class="bg-amber-100">Computer Science or equivalent
Strong
candidates may also have
- class="bg-amber-100">Data viz, BI, GenUI or dashboarding experience
- A real eye for design and polish
- Time at an early-stage or founding team

Our CRAFT
CRAFT isn’t a list of aspirational values. It’s how we hire, how we promote, how we resolve hard
calls, and how we stay honest with ourselves.
C — Customer trust. Everything starts here. We listen
carefully, a
ct with integrity, and respond with urgen
cy. Delight is downstream of trust — never the other way around.
R — Relentless on outcomes. We move with urgen
cy, take initiative, and see things through. Effort isn’t the measure — results are. If something isn’t working, we
change the approa
ch now.
A — Authenticity. We say the hard things, dire
ctly and with respe
ct. We also show up as full humans. That
combination is how trust is earned and how we grow together.
F — First principles, grounded in reality. We don’t a
ccept “that’s how it’s done.” We strip problems to what’s a
ctually true and build up from there — then validate qui
ckly and let real-world results de
cide.
T — Transparency. We share the why, not just the what. When something
can’t be shared, we say so. We’re one team — information flows so we
can do our best work and
challenge ea
ch other when we’re wrong.
