Role: Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with a focus on backend development to build and scale core financial and rewards platforms for a fintech and travel startup.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs supporting high-volume transactions and rewards workflows.
• Own feature delivery across payments, rewards, account services, and partner integrations.
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design to support platform growth.
• Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams for end-to-end feature development.
• Enhance system reliability, performance, and observability through testing and monitoring.
• Participate in planning, reviews, and production support for critical services.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend systems.
• Proficiency in Python, preferably with Django, and experience with APIs, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies like TypeScript and React is a plus.
• Experience with distributed, high-availability systems.
• Strong ownership skills and ability to manage projects from concept to production.
