Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python for backend and React for frontend to join our technology team. You will be responsible for building end-to-end, scalable, and high-performing web applications - from designing robust APIs and database architecture to developing modern, responsive user interfaces.

This position is not open for junior developers or interns (less than 3 years of experience) — we’re looking for someone with proven full-stack experience who can take ownership of projects, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development (Python):

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems using Python (Django / DRF / FastAPI / Flask).
• Build, integrate, and manage RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services.
• Work on AI/ML-related components — from data preprocessing and model integration to deployment (where applicable).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum performance and security.
• Contribute to system architecture discussions, CI/CD, testing, and documentation.

Frontend Development (React):

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Full Stack Collaboration:

• Integrate frontend and backend seamlessly.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and deployment pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Backend: Strong proficiency in Python and at least one framework - Django, Django REST Framework, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Frontend: 2+ years of hands-on experience with React.js, including React Hooks, Context API, functional components.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil).
• Strong understanding of API design and integration (REST, GraphQL).
• Experience with databases — both SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with Next.js, Material UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS.
• Knowledge of microservices, message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka), and testing frameworks (PyTest, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Understanding of MLOps, API Gateway, or serverless architectures.
• Exposure to ETL processes and data pipelines.
