Position

Full-time remote full-stack developer for the pikkuna.fi website and our CRM.

Must have

1. Full-time availability.
2. Russian and English, both at a working level.
3. 3+ years of full-stack development experience: JavaScript or TypeScript, React, Node.js. Our site runs on Next.js, but general experience with a modern web stack is what matters.
4. Hands-on experience with a CRM system at the administrator level: configuring modules and fields, automations, integrations via API.
5. Experience integrating services via REST APIs and webhooks: payment providers, email, shipping, accounting.
6. Ability to investigate production incidents independently from logs and to drive tasks to completion without close supervision.
7. Git, code review, basic Docker and cloud deployment.

Nice to have

1. Experience specifically with Zoho: CRM, Deluge, Cliq, Desk.
2. E-commerce experience: cart, payments, orders, shipping, EU VAT.
3. Experience with Stripe, Airtable, Vercel.
4. Experience using AI tools in day-to-day development.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain and develop the website: new features, bug fixes, performance, 25 language versions.
2. Maintain and develop the CRM: automations, buttons for managers, reports, permissions.
3. Integrations: payments, accounting, shipping, email, production table.
4. Production monitoring and error investigation.
5. Documentation for managers and developers.
