About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team remotely, with the position open to candidates located within the state of Texas. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and managing software solutions that support our clients' operational needs. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including UX designers, business analysts, and system architects to deliver robust applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working on large-scale IT projects, particularly in application integrations involving SailPoint IIQ, Okta single sign-on, and Azure. The position requires a self-motivated individual capable of working independently under limited supervision while maintaining a collaborative approach to project delivery.

About The Role

Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in solution delivery utilizing Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- At least 6 years of experience collaborating with architects, service delivery managers, project managers, and other stakeholders on deployment plans, particularly in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint development, including workflows, rules, connectors, policies, and configuration management.
- At least 4 years of experience with Okta single sign-on integration, demonstrating a strong understanding of identity and access management protocols.
- Experience developing API services to handle access policies and requests, along with integrating these services with external applications.
- Preferred experience working with Texas State Agencies, understanding their unique compliance and security requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Research, design, implement, and manage software programs to meet organizational needs.
- Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of new software applications to ensure functionality, security, and performance standards are met.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, business analysts, and other developers to create seamless and user-friendly solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations with SailPoint IIQ, Okta, and Azure to ensure secure and efficient identity management workflows.
- Create and optimize workflows, rules, connectors, and policies within SailPoint IIQ to support identity governance and compliance requirements.
- Design and develop API services to facilitate access management, including access policies and requests, ensuring smooth integration with external systems.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely and quality delivery of software solutions.
- Work with project teams to understand deployment plans and ensure successful implementation of identity solutions.
- Maintain documentation related to software development, configurations, and deployment processes for future reference and compliance.
