We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a challenging international IT project.

The Role

As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will contribute across the complete software development lifecycle - from requirements analysis and architecture to implementation, testing, deployment and production support. You will work across both back-end and front-end development, designing scalable and secure applications, APIs and database integrations while collaborating with developers, architects, DevOps and security specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full-stack web applications

• Develop back-end services and business logic using Java, Spring & Spring Boot

• Develop modern responsive front-end applications, preferably using Angular & TypeScript

• Design and implement REST and SOAP APIs

• Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and Oracle

• Design secure APIs using OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect

• Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code

• Perform code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions

• Implement automated unit, integration and end-to-end testing

• Troubleshoot application, database, integration and performance issues

• Work with Docker, CI/CD pipelines and cloud/containerised environments

• Apply secure development practices and OWASP recommendations

• Participate in deployment, release, monitoring and support activities

• Produce and maintain technical documentation

Mandatory Technical Expertise

✓ Strong professional experience with Java, Spring & Spring Boot

✓ Strong experience with a modern JavaScript/TypeScript framework - Angular preferred

✓ Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript & responsive design

✓ Strong experience with PostgreSQL and/or Oracle, SQL, JPA and data modelling

✓ Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines

✓ Experience deploying applications in containerised/cloud environments

✓ Experience designing and securing REST APIs using OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect

✓ Experience with OpenAPI

✓ Good understanding of OWASP Top 10 and web application security

✓ Strong Git experience

✓ Experience using AI-assisted software development tools

Experience & Education - Mandatory

Candidates must meet one of the following:

Bachelor’s degree + at least 12 years of IT professional experience

OR

Master’s degree + at least 10 years of IT professional experience

Nice to Have

Relevant professional certifications such as:

• Oracle Certified Professional Java Developer

• Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)

• AWS Certified Developer - Associate

• Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert

• Equivalent recognised certification

French B2 or higher is considered an advantage.

The position is remote from an EU Member State.

Occasional on-site presence may be required, with at least 14 calendar days’ prior notice.
