About The Role

The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in developing and enhancing the company's mobile and web applications. This position involves owning the entire frontend development lifecycle, from technical planning and architecture to deployment and maintenance. The successful engineer will be instrumental in creating intuitive user interfaces for trading, social discovery, and market analysis, ensuring a seamless experience for users across multiple platforms. They will collaborate closely with backend teams and other stakeholders to deliver innovative features, including support for various order types, asset classes, and social functionalities that foster community engagement. The role requires a proactive approach to technical decision-making, maintaining high standards for code quality, scalability, and maintainability. Additionally, the candidate will explore the integration of AI tools and agentic workflows to optimize development processes and product performance.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of six years of experience in software engineering, demonstrating leadership and ownership at a senior or staff level. - Create and refine intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for trading, social discovery, and market insights.
- Implement new trading features across various order types and asset classes, including perpetuals and prediction markets.
- Develop social features that enable users to discover traders, follow market activity, and build community engagement.
- Guide and make technical decisions to maintain the frontend codebase's scalability, maintainability, and ease of extension.
- Take ownership of complex projects, from technical planning through to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
