Position Overview

IZIGROUP has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Junior Front End Developer. Reporting to the Senior Frontend Developer, this role carries responsibility for the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the company's multi-white label casino websites, contributing to the front-end architecture and user experience across multiple brands and markets.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop and maintain multiple white label casino websites using Vue.js, ensuring consistency, performance and scalability across all brands.

·        Cultivate a strong relationships and communication with the Design, Product and Backend teams to deliver cohesive user experiences.

·        Create and maintain documentation on components, design system usage, AI prompt libraries, development workflows, coding standards, etc.

·        Build and implement reusable UI components within the company's Design System, ensuring visual and functional consistency across all white label properties.

·        Leverage AI prompts and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery, improve code quality and support day-to-day development tasks.

·        Maintain and nurture collaborative relationships with designers, product owners and QA engineers across the digital delivery lifecycle.

·        Advocate for front-end best practices, accessibility standards and performance optimisation across the casino web estate.

·        Work with the Senior Frontend Developer to implement new features, promotional pages, casino lobbies and game integrations.

·        Act as a hands-on problem solver and first line of support for front-end issues, providing fixes and enhancements across multiple brands and markets.

Design System & AI Tooling:

·        Contribute to the formation and evolution of the shared Design System that supports IZIGROUP's growing portfolio of white label brands in a scalable, themeable way.

·        Contribute to the creation, delivery and evolution of internal AI prompt libraries and workflows to improve development velocity and consistency.

·        Champion the adoption of Vue.js best practices, component-driven development and AI-assisted workflows across the front-end team.

Key Requirements:

·        Solid foundational experience working with Vue.js (Vue 2 and/or Vue 3), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3/SCSS in a professional or project-based setting.

·        Highly adept at working in a detail-driven environment. Capable of translating designs, specifications and data into clean, maintainable, component-based code.

·        Experience working with or contributing to a Design System, design tokens and reusable component libraries.

·        Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, web performance and modern front-end tooling (Vite, Webpack, npm, Git).

·        Proven ability to use AI prompts and AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) as an integral part of the development workflow. This is a must.

·        Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating with designers, backend developers, product managers and QA engineers.

·        Strong communicator an important part of this role is to ask the right questions, raise blockers early and clearly explain technical decisions to both technical and non-technical colleagues.

·        Must be able to work within a team to deliver sprint targets and release deadlines.

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines whilst maintaining code quality.

·        Confident and able to share ideas, raise concerns and support their opinions with strong reasoning and references to documentation or best practice.

·        High levels of attention to detail are required, from pixel-perfect implementation of designs to careful handling of multi-brand theming and configuration.

·        Able to think on the go and adapt quickly to changing priorities across multiple white label projects.

Nice to Have:

·        Exposure to the iGaming, online casino or sports betting industry.

·        Experience working on multi-tenant / white label platforms with theming and configuration per brand.

·        Familiarity with Laravel, Nuxt.js, Pinia/Vuex, REST and APIs.

·        Perfect understanding of SEO, analytics integration and A/B testing tools.
