For our client, we are seeking a Sr Full Stack Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will focus on building and evolving scalable software capabilities that support a B2B SaaS environment. The engineer will partner closely with product, design, and technical teams to deliver user-centric solutions, strengthen core platform performance, and improve the development lifecycle through modern tooling and automation.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,000 – $170,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web services for a B2B SaaS application
• Write clean, high-quality code primarily in Go
• Architect and manage complex database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL
• Lead research and implementation of AI-powered tools to enhance the software development lifecycle
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to create user-centric solutions
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices within the team
  
  

Qualifications

• Deep proficiency in full stack B2B SaaS development, including front-end HTML/CSS/JS and back-end Go preferred, with Ruby, Python, or PHP also considered
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL for database management
• Product-first mindset with a focus on user experience and design
• Excellent problem-solving skills for architecting complex distributed systems
• Strong communication skills for collaboration in a team environment
