Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python/Django.
• Strong experience with Angular, or experience with React/Vue and willingness to switch to Angular.
• Experience with AWS, including EC2, Lambda, ECS, RDS, and S3.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and SQL/PostgreSQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a startup/B2B SaaS mindset.
• English proficiency for daily collaboration, including stand-ups and async communication.

• Experience in payments or fintech.
• Experience building AI-assisted features.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.
• Experience with containerization.
• Familiarity with observability tools, such as OpenTelemetry.
• Experience implementing feature flags.
• Experience in construction tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

🤓 As a Full Stack Engineer, you will:

• Design, build, and deploy features across Django backend services and an Angular frontend.
• Own API design, data models, performance, testing, and CI/CD on AWS.
• Proactively identify problems, propose solutions, and lead their implementation.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams.
• Participate in code reviews and incident response.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, reliability, and documentation.
