2. About the Opportunity:

The Software Engineer role is responsible for designing and developing software applications that fulfill specified business and user requirements. This position contributes to maintaining high code quality and supports the software development lifecycle through collaboration and documentation, ensuring the delivery of functional and reliable software solutions.

3. Responsibilities:

• Design, write, and develop robust software applications based on shifting business and user needs

• Create structured Jira tickets, user stories, and epics with clear tasks, success metrics, and accurate time estimates

• Write comprehensive technical documentation related to engineering projects, system architectures, and processes

• Consult directly with customers or cross-functional departments regarding project status, proposals, and complex technical issues

• Conduct thorough peer code reviews to maintain high code quality, security, and consistency

• Participate actively in system design sessions, sprint planning, and retrospective team meetings

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Demonstrated experience or focused education in coding with languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar

• Foundational knowledge in machine learning concepts, core systems programming, algorithm analysis, and data visualization

• Strong problem-solving abilities and clear technical communication skills

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Base salary range: $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 USD per year (final placement within the range depends on geographic location and applicable experience)
