RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services within a microservices architecture
• Develop frontend applications or backend services, ensuring high-quality, well-tested, and properly documented code
• Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication across the development stream
• Act as a role model, encouraging knowledge sharing and 4inspiring team members to find optimal technical solutions
• Contribute to system architecture decisions and technical design discussions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing services

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent level of English, both verbal and written (at least C1)
• At least 5+ years professional experience in a similar position, building confidence as a software engineer with broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies, preferably in an agile environment
• Excellent knowledge of at least 1 frontend framework (preferably Angular, additional knowledge of Vue is a plus)
• Professional knowledge in Python and FastAPI
• Professional knowledge in version control tooling (GIT)
• Knowledge in (No-) SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with automated testing (e.g. Junit and Integration tests)
• Experience in event-driven architecture (e.g. ServiceBus, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Azure DevOps Experience: knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
