Position: Full Stack Developer (React)

Location: Hamra, Beirut (Near AUB) – Onsite

About the Role

• Your role is to build and maintain reliable, scalable web applications using React and modern backend technologies.
• You are responsible for delivering clean, functional, and stable systems that support business operations and client needs.
• This is not a task-based coding role. You are expected to understand the full flow of the system, write maintainable code, and ensure everything works correctly in production

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React and modern backend frameworks
• Build clean, reusable, and scalable frontend components
• Design and integrate APIs and backend services
• Ensure application stability, performance, and responsiveness
• Identify and fix bugs or issues quickly to maintain system reliability
• Work with databases and ensure proper data structure and integrity
• Follow internal development standards for clean and documented code
• Collaborate with design, operations, and business teams to deliver functional solutions

• Stable and error-free applications in production
• Clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
• Fast and responsive user interfaces
• Reliable API integrations and data handling
• Minimal bugs and quick resolution when issues occur 

 

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in full stack development
• Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with backend development (Node.js or similar)
• Familiarity with REST APIs and database systems
• Understanding of performance optimization and debugging
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Able to work within structured processes and coding standards

 

Growth Path

This role can evolve into Senior Developer or Technical Lead based on performance, ownership, and system contribution.
