Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop, maintain, and optimise multiple web platforms in close collaboration with the CTO and technical team;
• Design and implement new features using Next.js, React, and TypeScript;
• Integrate and orchestrate AI agents and AI-powered workflows using platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Vercel AI SDK;
• Develop and maintain backend APIs, database structures, and application logic using Next.js routes, Prisma ORM, and PostgreSQL;
• Manage transactional emails, notifications, and communication workflows through platforms such as Resend;
• Support continuous deployment processes, monitoring, and performance optimisation within Vercel environments;
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the implementation of development best practices and coding standards;
• Automate repetitive workflows and contribute to infrastructure and operational efficiency improvements;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support scalable and high-performing platform development.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within Full Stack Development roles;
• Strong hands-on experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript;
• Experience working with Prisma ORM and PostgreSQL or other SQL databases;
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLM APIs, and AI workflow integrations, including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar technologies;
• Experience with Vercel environments, Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows;
• Strong understanding of modern web application architecture and backend API development;
• Experience with automation tools and workflow optimisation will be considered an asset.
