Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications across both front-end and back-end components in a collaborative engineering environment. Day-to-day tasks include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, optimizing application performance, ensuring code quality through testing and reviews, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role also involves working closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, maintaining documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of the development lifecycle. This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Antonio, TX.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience architecting and delivering end-to-end web solutions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), including building responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces.
• Candidates should possess skills in Back-End Web Development, including API design, data modeling, and integration with databases and external services.
• Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) and one back-end framework or runtime (e.g., Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python) is beneficial.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, version control tools (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, clean coding practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams are expected.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
