About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Developer to join our growing technology team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about software development and eager to build a successful career in technology.

As a Graduate Developer, you will work alongside experienced engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications. You'll receive structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience working on real-world projects using modern technologies and development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following development standards.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, QA engineers, and project managers.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues.
• Support application deployment, maintenance, and performance optimization.
• Learn and apply software development best practices, Agile methodologies, and DevOps principles.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and programming trends.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern web development concepts is beneficial.
• Exposure to Git or other version control systems is preferred.
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passion for technology and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or currently completing) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Internship, university projects, or personal coding projects are highly regarded but not required.
• Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
