Job Description
Product Problem Understanding & Solution Design
- Analyze real user needs and business contexts.
- Clarify why a feature needs to be built.
- Propose and discuss business logic and technical solutions aligned with product context.
- Evaluate trade-offs between code quality, performance, and scalability.
Full-stack Product Development
- Develop frontend, backend, and related components.
- Ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Maintain product stability and scalability at production scale.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Product Ownership & Continuous Improvement
- Take ownership of one or more modules or features.
- Monitor performance, analyze usage data, and respond to user feedback.
- Proactively propose improvements based on data and real-world usage.
- Continuously develop engineering skills, product mindset, and system thinking.
Required working experience
- Knowledge or experience with RESTful API, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and JSON.
- Experience in related domains such as HRM, Finance, or Accounting is preferred.
Required qualifications
- Preferred: born from 1997–2003, graduated from top technology universities such as HUST or VNU, good graduation ranking or top graduate profile.
Required Languages:
Required knowledge and skills
- Solid knowledge of Algorithms and Data Structures.
- Strong knowledge and experience in at least one programming language; PHP, NodeJS, or JavaScript is an advantage.
- Understanding of performance optimization or experience with real production applications serving large numbers of users and data is an advantage.
- Strong web development foundation and product-building mindset.
- Strong product ownership mindset.
- User-centric, not only code-focused.
- Able to understand end users and make technical decisions that optimize user experience.
- Willing to own the product from business logic to technical execution.
