Role Description

This is a full-time, Remote role for a Full Stack (AI) Developer. You'll own features end-to-end on our AI-powered products. Frontend in React and Next.js, backend APIs, agentic workflows. You'll direct AI agents as your primary build tool and ship weekly.

What you'll do

• Build full-stack features. React and Next.js on the frontend. Java, C#, or Node on the backend. Postgres, AWS, Vercel. React Native later as we expand mobile.
• Scale our agentic workflows. Internal AI tools, automations, content pipelines. Turn ideas into working prototypes in days.
• Ship weekly and own the outcome. No committee reviews. No tickets rotting in a backlog.

What we need

• Strong programming background. Real CS fundamentals and shipped production experience.
• Solid React, Next.js, TypeScript.
• Backend depth. APIs, Postgres or MySQL, auth, caching, queues. Comfortable in Java, C#, or Node.
• AI-first mindset. Claude Code or Cursor as daily drivers. You know how to prompt, review output, and direct agents at scale.
• Git discipline and clean shipping habits.
• Written English good enough to work async with a distributed team.

Nice to have

React Native. Docker, Kubernetes. n8n or similar. Prior AI product work. Experience in mobile, fintech, or rewards/affiliate space.
