Recruiting for Founding Software Engineer

The Role:

• Independently build and launch the prototype from the ground up and beyond, designing architecture, writing production-ready code, iterating, and setting strong engineering foundations for quick stable scaling and company profitability. 

Its a $200 billion global industry. For now this is an equity role with standard vesting, that will transition into a compensated position post-funding.

We are an AI SaaS startup in stealth mode.

Required Experience:

• Extensive AdTech software engineering, frontend and backend. 
• Great to work with. Good people skills, integrity, etc.
• Experience independently building SaaS prototypes from scratch quickly
• Strong full-stack engineering background.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals (quickly ship scalable code)
• Startup mindset: resourceful, quick, thrives in ambiguity.
• Comfortable working in stealth mode (confidentiality required).
• Excitement about equity-first compensation and  possible significant upside for early contribution.
