About The Role
We are seeking a .NET Developer with three to five years of professional software development experience to join a collaborative engineering team. In this fully remote role, you will design, build, test, and maintain application features using C# and .NET. You will contribute to backend services, APIs, business logic, and integrations that support a large-scale SaaS platform. You will also work closely with Product, QA, and Engineering colleagues to turn business and technical requirements into reliable production software.
This position offers meaningful ownership and the opportunity to work on complex, business-critical applications. You will help deliver new functionality and contribute to an ongoing platform modernization initiative. The expected salary range is $110,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include three to five years of professional software development experience and strong hands-on skills with C# and .NET or .NET Core. You should have experience building web applications and backend services, as well as designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs. Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases are important. You will also bring an understanding of object-oriented programming, sound software development practices, and Git-based workflows.
The successful candidate can troubleshoot complex technical issues, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively with colleagues across disciplines. You should be comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while remaining engaged with the broader team. Experience with a SaaS or multi-tenant platform, Entity Framework or another ORM, JavaScript or TypeScript, and React or Angular is helpful. Familiarity with Azure or AWS, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, or legacy application modernization is also welcome. Previous PHP or Laravel experience is a plus, but is not required.
Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve issues affecting application performance, scalability, and reliability. Contribute to modernization efforts and identify practical ways to improve code quality, development processes, and overall platform performance.
