About the Role
The company is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong backend focus to help build and optimize enterprise systems, including a national consumer-facing platform. This role goes beyond ticket-based development, giving engineers responsibility for solutions from initial design through production deployment.
You'll work across APIs, data, integrations, and user-facing applications while collaborating directly with clients and contributing to architecture and system design decisions. The position is suited to an engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, working across technologies, and balancing technical quality with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
•Design and develop backend-focused, full-stack solutions for modern enterprise systems.
•Own features throughout the development lifecycle, including API development, data integration, and collaboration on user interfaces.
•Work directly with clients to understand business challenges and translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
•Contribute to architecture decisions, system design, and performance optimization.
•Build and deploy applications using modern CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.
•Participate in code reviews and help maintain high engineering standards.
•Mentor team members and share technical knowledge across the engineering team.
•Work across different technologies and environments to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
•Evaluate technical trade-offs and focus on outcomes that provide meaningful business value.
•Explore opportunities to apply AI tools or implementation approaches where relevant.
Required Qualifications
•Strong experience with C# and .NET.
•Experience developing and supporting REST-based services and APIs.
•Full-stack development capabilities, with the ability to work across backend services and other application layers.
•Experience working with multiple technologies and technical environments.
•Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed systems.
•Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients.
•Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and practical solutions.
•A problem-solving mindset focused on system quality, trade-offs, and business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
•Experience with Angular for front-end development.
•Experience with SQL Server and relational database development.
•Interest in or exposure to AI tools and their practical implementation.
Compensation and Benefits
•Base salary generally ranging from $120,000 to $150,000, depending on experience and level; the broader advertised range is $120,000–$160,000.
