We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer or strong Backend Developer to join a team developing a large scale software platform used in open pit mining operations.

This is an opportunity to build new features for a modern, distributed system, with your work deployed to live mine sites and used daily by operational teams. You will have real ownership, contribute to architectural decisions, and see the direct impact of your work.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services using C# and .NET

• Build microservices and event driven solutions

• Develop modern React applications focused on performance and usability

• Own features end to end, from design to production deployment

• Collaborate with domain experts to solve complex operational challenges

• Improve system reliability, observability, and performance

• Contribute to architecture and engineering best practices

✅ Must Have Skills

• Strong experience with C# and .NET

• Experience designing microservices and event driven systems

• Solid SQL and SQL Server knowledge

• Experience with Entity Framework or similar ORMs

• Experience designing APIs, services, and data models

• Strong React experience

• Familiarity with component libraries such as MUI, Mantine, or shadcn

• Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or MobX

• English proficiency at B2 level or above

⭐ Nice to Have

• Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience integrating with C++ or other performance critical systems

• Background in mining or industrial software

• Experience with open pit mining systems
