Responsibilities

• Build real products end to end
• Work on frontend, backend, data, and deploys
• Ship features weekly at AI-native startups
• Design APIs and databases
• Build across the whole stack

Requirements

• 3+ years building production web applications
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React
• Experience with Node.js, Python, or Go
• Set up databases, APIs, and cloud deploys
• Provide a GitHub, portfolio, or live product link

Qualifications

• Exceptional shipped work (less than 3 years experience)
• AI-native in how you build (Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex)
• Shipped an LLM-powered feature
• Prefer to be judged on shipped work over resume keywords
• Desire for human review of applications
