We’re hiring at Qfix: Backend-Focused Full-Stack Engineer

Qfix is building next-generation voice AI call agents for businesses.

Our AI agents help companies answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, speak naturally with customers, collect information, create support records, trigger workflows, analyze conversations, and integrate with systems such as CRM, POS, booking platforms, and internal tools.

We’re looking for a strong backend-focused engineer to join our team in Tangier.

This role is mainly backend, but you should also be comfortable supporting frontend tasks when needed. We are looking for someone who understands system logic, integrations, production responsibility, and real-world software development.

What you’ll work on:

Backend development for Qfix’s core product

APIs, webhooks, CRM/POS integrations, and third-party systems

Database logic, backend services, and data flows

Customer-specific integration requirements

Internal tools and operational dashboards

Frontend improvements when needed

Bug fixing, testing, and production support

Building reliable systems used by real customers

What we’re looking for:

Strong backend development fundamentals

Experience with APIs, databases, integrations, and production systems

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reliable code

Basic frontend knowledge and willingness to work on UI tasks when needed

Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset

Ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving startup environment

Interest in AI products, voice AI, SaaS, and modern software development

Comfortable using modern development tools and AI coding assistants when useful

Our main technologies include:

Node.js / TypeScript

NestJS is a strong plus

MongoDB / Redis

React / Next.js

Google Cloud

APIs, webhooks, CRM/POS integrations, and SaaS workflows

Nice to have:

Experience working on production systems

Experience building dashboards or internal tools

Experience with CRM, POS, webhook, or SaaS integrations

Experience with tools like Codex, Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot

This is not an “AI prompt only” role, and it is not an entry-level position.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of backend development, understand how real platforms work in production, and support both product development and customer integrations.
