About The Role

This is a 12-month contract position designed for professionals who possess a deep understanding of PHP development, Oracle backend technologies, and cloud computing platforms such as AWS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications and APIs, with a focus on integrating Oracle databases and utilizing cloud services to ensure optimal system performance, scalability, and high availability. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in PHP and JavaScript development, with a strong portfolio of web application projects.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle Database, including PL/SQL, SQL, and performance optimization techniques.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and data modeling.
- Experience working with web servers such as Apache or IIS.
- Knowledge of web application security best practices and secure coding standards.
- Familiarity with third-party tools and application integrations.
- Experience with RESTful API development and consumption.
- Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud services like AWS or Azure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using PHP, JavaScript, and related technologies.
