We are looking for a senior software engineer to provide technical leadership and hands-on development support for enterprise healthcare
applications in Atlanta, Georgia. This position blends architecture ownership, full-stack engineering, and cross-team guidance to help deliver scalable digital solutions in a fast-moving
Agile environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable shaping technical direction, improving engineering quality, and collaborating closely with distributed teams to bring complex products from design through release.
Responsibilities:
• Shape end-to-end technical solutions for enterprise
applications, translating business needs into practical and maintainable system designs.
• Contribute directly to full-stack development while guiding implementation decisions across multiple Scrum teams.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, story clarification, and day-to-day technical coaching to strengthen delivery quality.
• Establish and reinforce engineering standards, reusable design patterns, and architectural principles across teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex development issues and aligning teams on technical direction.
• Lead modernization efforts such as decomposing legacy platforms into
microservices and advancing event-driven design approaches.
• Work closely with DevOps partners to improve deployment practices, CI/CD workflows, and overall platform reliability.
• Design and support distributed systems that emphasize performance, scalability,
security, and long-term maintainability.
• Strong experience in a senior engineering or technical lead capacity within
Agile software delivery environments.
• Demonstrated success designing and delivering large-scale
applications with both architectural oversight and hands-on coding responsibilities.
• Practical expertise with
C#,
.NET, ASP
.NET,
JavaScript, and modern front-end development using React.js or similar frameworks.
• Experience building or modernizing solutions using
microservices, event-driven systems, and distributed application patterns.
• Familiarity with
cloud-based development and supporting technologies such as
Azure services, relational databases, and caching tools.
• Proven ability to mentor developers, review code effectively, and guide multiple teams without direct people management responsibility.
• Healthcare industry experience is required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across offshore and U.S.-based engineering teams.
