Role Description The Full-Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that power HummingBird’s talent workforce platform. This full-time hybrid role is based in Singaraja, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end services and APIs, integrating with third-party systems such as ATS/VMS platforms, and ensuring secure, performant, and reliable application delivery. The role involves working closely with product managers, designers, and data/AI engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and participating in code reviews and continuous improvement of the development process. The developer will also contribute to technical documentation, support production deployments, and help evolve the platform’s architecture as it scales.

Qualifications

• Strong front-end development skills, including experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Proficiency in back-end web development and software development, including building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with databases.
• Demonstrated expertise in full-stack development, integrating front-end and back-end components into cohesive, production-ready applications.
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development practices.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices, performance optimization, and scalable cloud-based architectures.
• Ability to analyze requirements, write clean and maintainable code, and debug complex issues across the stack.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional, hybrid teams in Singaraja.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with recruitment technology, AI-driven platforms, or enterprise SaaS products is a plus.
