Role Description

The Frontend / Backend Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both client-side and server-side environments. This role delivers efficient, secure, and user-friendly digital solutions that ensure seamless performance and a consistent user experience.

On the frontend side, the role develops responsive, accessible, and interactive user interfaces, translating UI/UX designs into functional components. It ensures cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and adherence to usability and accessibility standards.

On the backend side, the role designs and maintains APIs, server-side logic, and database systems that support application functionality. It focuses on system architecture, data modeling, integration with third-party services, and ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

The position participates in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, debugging, deployment, and maintenance. It also contributes to code reviews, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of development practices and system architecture.

Collaboration with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers is essential to deliver high-quality software aligned with business and user requirements. The role may also support Agile workflows, technical documentation, and ongoing system enhancements.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks) and backend development (server-side languages, APIs, and database systems). Ability to build and maintain full-stack applications.

Solid understanding of web application architecture, RESTful API design, client-server communication, authentication, and security best practices.

Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data management.

Familiarity with version control systems, software development lifecycle processes, debugging tools, and CI/CD concepts. Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-structured code.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
