Position: AI Software Engineer

Monthly salary: €5k-€6k

Hybrid: 3 days per week on-site

Do you have the drive and ambition to join an AI-start-up tech firm in Antwerp?

Do you have hands-on experience with self-hosted models?

This is a start-up...that has literally just started, so there's no legacy debt, just clean architecture. You will be one of the founding software engineers for one of the most exciting new tech firms in Europe.

This is not about being just another number, this is about being accountable and being ready to roll up your sleeves and play an integral part creating something very special. As one of the founding software engineers, you'll be working closely with the 4 co-founders. The office will be buzzing, full of positive vibes, enthusiasm and energy, bouncing ideas around and always looking for innovative ways of doing things to make the platform the best-in-class to eventually dominate the market.

Experience needed....

• 6+ years in full-stack development

• TypeScript, modern React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL

• Distributed systems or message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)

• AI workflows, LLMs, or self-hosted models
