Position Summary

We is seeking a Mid Level Full Stack Developer & AI Solutions Administrator to develop, support and enhance internal business applications, enterprise platforms, workflow automations and AI enabled solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals, enterprise application experience, AI fluency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to rapidly adapt to changing business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain full stack web applications and internal business solutions.

• Assist with the POC and evaluation of new tools

• Build responsive user interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

• Build APIs in Node.js, .NET, or similar technologies backed by SQL and document oriented databases.

• Consume and integrate RESTful and JSON based APIs.

• Develop integrations, automations, dashboards, reporting solutions ( power BI, etc) and supporting documentation.

• Support and administrate AdaptiveWork, Salesforce, ServiceNow, CPQ, prevalent and related enterprise platforms.

• Leverage ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Microsoft Copilot, Kiro, Power Apps, Azure OpenAI and related technologies.

• Participate in Agile and product based SDLC processes including requirements, testing and deployment.

• Apply privacy by design, secure coding and responsible AI principles in solution development consistently.

• Provide production support, documentation, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of full stack software development experience.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript and modern web application architecture.

• Experience developing APIs and integrations using Node.js, .NET or similar technologies.

• Experience with SQL and document oriented databases.

• Solid software engineering skills including object oriented design, testing, debugging and source control.

• Experience working in Agile, Scrum or product oriented development environments.

• Ability to rapidly prototype solutions and pivot quickly based on business needs.

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving abilities.

• Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Claude, ChatGPT, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar orchestration frameworks.
