2. About the Opportunity:

The Software Developer role within the Workforce Management team focuses on building innovative HCM solutions that enhance organizational efficiency through time tracking and employee scheduling. The position involves full lifecycle software development and collaboration across multiple teams to deliver impactful and reliable workforce management products.


3. Responsibilities:

• Design, prototype, develop, test, deploy, and support Workforce Management solutions.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, Implementation teams, and Engineering partners.

• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.

• Conduct peer code reviews and promote engineering best practices.

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend web applications.

• Contribute to cloud deployment and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.

• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure quality.

• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance engineering efficiency.

• Engage actively in Agile development and team collaboration.


4. Requirements:

• Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles (SOLID).

• Minimum 2 years experience with C#/.NET including async/await and LINQ.

• Experience with modern .NET versions (6, 7, or 8).

• Proficiency in building user interfaces with React and TypeScript.

• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SVG, JSON, REST APIs, and Web APIs.

• Strong SQL Server skills including indexing and query optimization.

• Experience with Docker containers and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.

• Experience deploying applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Experience developing automated testing frameworks.

• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile teams.


5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
