React Frontend Engineer — Next.js Direction

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in Computer Science or related fields preferred.

3+ years of frontend development experience, with strong independent development capabilities.

Proficient in the React tech stack, with a deep understanding of Hooks, state management, and component design patterns.

Proficient in Next.js with hands-on project experience; familiar with core capabilities such as App Router, Pages Router, SSR, SSG, ISR, and Middleware.

Proficient in TypeScript, with solid type design skills.

Familiar with the frontend engineering ecosystem, including Webpack, Vite, Babel, ESLint, Prettier, etc.

Familiar with pnpm Monorepo architecture, with practical experience in multi-package management, shared component libraries, and engineering collaboration.

Familiar with common state management solutions (at least one of Redux, Zustand, MobX, Recoil, etc.).

Must possess strong AI development capabilities, familiar with AI programming tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Windsurf, with a track record of extensively using AI in actual development to boost R&D efficiency.

Familiar with Prompt Engineering, with hands-on experience in using AI to assist in requirement decomposition, code generation, refactoring, optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting.

Practical understanding of or project experience in AI Agents, LLM applications, RAG, Workflows, etc.

Some experience in Vue 3 development, understanding common features like Composition API, Pinia, Vue Router, etc. (Non-essential requirement).

Solid frontend performance optimization capabilities, familiar with first-screen loading optimization, caching strategies, code splitting, lazy loading, etc.

Familiar with Git collaboration workflows and possesses a strong awareness of coding standards.

Strong problem analysis and solving skills, high sense of responsibility, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
