We're a studio that builds and runs a portfolio of software ventures. We have the means, a pipeline of ideas, and a go-to-market team. What we're looking for is one hungry builder to come drive our ventures toward the finish line, and we'll back you the whole way.
Here's who we're looking for. You've got the itch. You've built or tried to build your own stuff, an app, a side project, a small startup attempt, a scrappy thing you shipped to a few users. Maybe it didn't fully work out. Maybe you couldn't crack the right idea, or you had no interest in the marketing and sales side. That's completely fine, that's exactly the point. You've got the drive and the builder skills, you were just missing the rest of the machine.
That's what we are. No one person needs to do 100% on their own, that's what we're here for. We hand you the ideas, real ventures to build, a team that does most of the engineering, and a GTM crew that handles all the marketing, launch, growth, and sales. You bring the hunger and the building.
What you'd actually do:
What you DON'T have to do, and this is a feature, not a restriction:
What you get:
Let's be straight about the pay:
There's a base, but think of it as a foundation, not the prize. It's there so you're supported and can focus while we build together, not the reason you show up. It's negotiable and we're open-minded, so tell us your number. Enough to be "ramen profitable" so you're not worrying about rent and can pour yourself into building. The real compensation is ownership, a share of the profit, and even the potential for equity in the platforms you help bring to life, once they're live. This role is built for someone who's driven by building something that pays off when it ships, not by the base. If that's the kind of bet you want to make, we're the team with the means to back it.
What matters most to us is hunger. We care more that you're driven and resourceful than how many years you've got. Early in your career is completely fine. If you build because you can't not, and you finish what you start, we want to talk.
Finally, we're not new at this. We've co-founded ventures that were acquired (around $20M) and others still going strong after raising $100M+, and the portfolio we're building now is starting to earn real revenue.
If you’re excited by new ideas, startup energy, and the chance to release products that actually matter, then we’d love to build with you.
