Low Carbon Materials Hub is a construction sustainability tech start-up based in Melbourne, Australia. We are committed to tracking and reducing carbon emissions in the global construction industry by promoting the adoption of low carbon materials in construction. We are still early-stage, which means that anyone joining now will have meaningful influence over the product, engineering culture, and long-term direction of the company.

We are hiring a Full Stack Lead Developer to help us build and scale our platform end-to-end. This is not a “ticket-taking” developer role.

We are looking for someone who:

• enjoys building products from scratch end-to-end,
• thinks deeply about users and product experience,
• can move across frontend, backend, architecture, and deployment,
• and takes real ownership over what they build.

You will work directly with the CTO and play a major role in shaping both the product and the engineering direction of the company.

We are looking for someone with experience in:

• Next.js
• Node.js
• TypeScript
• Familiarity with AI-assisted product development workflows (is a big plus)
