2. About the Opportunity:
The Software Development Engineer is responsible for designing and developing software applications and platforms that underpin the organization''s digital strategies. This role contributes by enhancing software functionality, reliability, and performance, thereby supporting healthcare processing systems and improving user experience.
3. Responsibilities:
• Analyze user needs to develop software solutions that meet business requirements
• Assess solution feasibility and prepare technical design documentation
• Upgrade existing software to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Write and review high-quality code and conduct unit or automation testing
• Develop and deploy application components; support unit testing and bug fixes
• Participate in Agile Scrum meetings and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
• Support applications, systems, and databases related to prescriptions, claims, and healthcare functions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on development, technical requirements, code review, and quality assurance
4. Requirements:
• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Two years of experience in the role or related occupation
• Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or Node.js
• Knowledge of ATG Commerce or Spring Boot microservices
• Experience with REST, SOAP, or Web Service APIs
• Web and mobile application development experience
• Ability to write application code and deploy to production
• Experience developing backend services, performing code reviews, and collaborating on software solutions
• Familiarity with software development best practices
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Annual salary range: $112,923 to $144,200
• Eligibility for bonus, commission, or short-term incentive programs
