Role Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (Intermediate) to join our Engineering team in building and enhancing scalable, reliable, and user-centric web applications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality digital products while continuously improving our technology and development practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or at least 2 years of relevant professional experience for candidates from non-technical backgrounds.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in PHP Laravel and experience building web applications using the framework.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Remix, or Vue.js.
• Experience designing, building, and integrating REST APIs.
• Familiarity with MySQL/MariaDB, Git, and modern software development workflows.
• Understanding of Clean Code principles, SOLID Principles, and debugging best practices.
• Familiarity with Docker, Linux, or CI/CD is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrates ownership, attention to detail, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow.

Responbilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Laravel and modern frontend technologies.
• Build, integrate, and maintain secure, scalable, and well-documented REST APIs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and the Engineering team throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot, debug, refactor, and optimize application performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following software engineering best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance across development and production environments.
