The Role

Join our engineering team to build and scale the Recapi platform — the admin portal, customer-facing dashboards, and internal tooling.

You will work across the stack using Next.js, React, TypeScript on the frontend and Node.js, Express, MongoDB on the backend.

You'll collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver polished, performant user experiences.

This is a high-impact role where your work directly shapes how enterprises interact with their AI employees.

Requirements

3+ years of full stack development experience

Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js

Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar databases

Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication systems, and cloud deployment

Eye for design and attention to UI/UX details

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks
