About the Role

Journey Coffee Co is seeking a Junior Web Developer for a full-time remote position. The role involves supporting the design, development, and maintenance of the company’s websites and web applications, with a focus on improving usability for customers and internal teams.

The Junior Web Developer will work on front-end interfaces, assist with back-end functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, and help optimize website performance. Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of company websites and web applications.
• Build responsive, accessible, and visually consistent front-end interfaces.
• Assist with back-end functionality, server-side logic, data handling, and API integrations.
• Debug website and application issues and help improve site performance.
• Collaborate with designers, marketing team members, and senior developers to translate business needs into functional web features.

Required Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of back-end web development, programming, and API integration.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control tools and collaborative development workflows.

• Relevant coursework, bootcamp training, or practical project experience in web development.
