Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Frontend Developer role based in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. The Frontend Developer will implement user interfaces for web applications, translate design mockups into responsive and accessible layouts, and ensure consistent behavior across modern browsers and devices. The role involves collaborating with designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders to refine requirements, optimize performance, and maintain a clean, modular codebase. The Frontend Developer will participate in code reviews, write maintainable and testable code, and help improve UI/UX standards and frontend architecture. The position also includes troubleshooting UI issues, integrating frontend components with APIs, and contributing to documentation and best practices.
Qualifications

• Strong Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design skills, including building modern, performant user interfaces.
• Solid Web Development and Software Development experience, with a focus on structured, maintainable code and version control practices.
• Understanding of Back-End Web Development concepts to effectively integrate frontend components with APIs and services.
• Proficiency in core frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
• Experience with build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, Vite, npm, Yarn) and debugging tools for web applications.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in a multidisciplinary team, communicate clearly, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Experience in custom business applications or B2B software solutions is a plus.
